1. The Service

These Terms govern your use of:

• ·The Caprock binary — the free, open-source `caprock` mission control for Claude Code
• ·The caprock.dev website and documentation

2. Runs In Your Environment

• ·Caprock runs on your machine and never sits between you and Anthropic — nothing is sent to Cybrix
• ·Cybrix does not store or have visibility into your prompts, credentials, or usage
• ·The Caprock binary is Apache-2.0, open source, and free of charge. Paid plans add features on top; they never remove anything from the free product

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ·Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• ·Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
• ·Use Caprock to violate a cloud provider's or third party's terms

4. Early-Stage Software

Caprock is early-stage, actively developed software. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or have downtime. Use your own judgement before running it against production workloads, and keep your own backups and controls.

5. About the Numbers

The figures Caprock shows — activity, tokens, cache hit-rate, and cost — are computed locally from your own Claude Code usage. Cost is what that usage would cost at Anthropic list prices; on a flat subscription it reads as an API-equivalent, not a charge. These numbers are honest estimates for your information, not a promise, an offer, or a guarantee. Your actual costs depend on your prompts, models, and plan, and are billed by your provider, not by us.

6. Paid Plans

Some features are sold as a paid plan. What follows applies only if you buy one; the free product is unaffected. Read this first: some paid features are not written yet, and the pricing page says which. Buying one is a bet on what gets built and in what order, not a purchase of something that exists today. We do not commit to a date, and we may build them in a different order, differently from how they are described, or — if it turns out to be the wrong thing — not at all. If that is not a trade you want to make, the free product is complete on its own and stays free.

• ·Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
• ·Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the receipt Stripe emails you or by writing to us
• ·Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid for
• ·Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction adds
• ·If a paid feature is materially unavailable and we cannot restore it, write to us and we will refund the period affected
• ·The same applies to a feature that was described as being built and then is not: if we abandon one you paid for, write to us and we will refund the period. We would rather return the money than keep it for something we decided not to make
• ·Everything here is offered as it is on the day you use it. A feature can change, gain limits, or be reworked between releases — the changelog records what changed and when
• ·Losing access to a paid feature never disables the free product or your data, which stay on your machine either way
• ·Paying gives you a licence key. It is personal to you and licensed, not sold: you may use it on the machines you work on, and you may not share, publish, resell, or sublicense it
• ·The key carries its own expiry and is checked by the software on your own machine. Caprock makes no request to us to verify it — there is nothing to verify against, and nothing about your usage reaches us as a result
• ·Paid features continue for seven days after a key expires, so a renewal that is late does not interrupt your work. After that they switch off; the free product and all your data are untouched
• ·We may decline to issue further keys to someone who has published or resold one, but we do not disable a key already issued — the software cannot be reached to do so, by design
• ·The software itself remains Apache-2.0. The licence key governs the paid features, not your rights to the code, which are the ones the Apache-2.0 licence grants you

7. Warranty & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost savings. For paid plans, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page; continued use means acceptance.
