Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Caprock, collects and uses information when you use our mission control for Claude Code (a local, open-source utility) and this website (the "Service"). Caprock runs on your own machine. Your prompts, credentials, and usage stay with you and are never accessible to or stored by Cybrix.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what you give us directly:

• ·Contact details: name and email if you send feedback or email us
• ·Site analytics: basic, privacy-friendly visit counts on caprock.dev (no cross-site tracking)
• ·If you buy a paid plan: your email and the fact of the purchase. Payment itself is handled by Stripe — your card details go to them and never to us

3. What We Do Not Collect

Caprock runs entirely on your machine and never sits between you and Anthropic — it reads the transcripts Claude Code already writes to your own disk. None of the following ever reaches Cybrix:

• ·Your card number or any payment credentials — Stripe handles those and we never receive them
• ·Your prompts, model responses, or any content processed by Claude Code
• ·Your Anthropic credentials or configuration
• ·Your Claude Code usage or cost data
• ·Anything shown on the Caprock dashboard — it is computed and stored locally

4. How We Use It

• ·Respond to your questions and feedback
• ·Send occasional product updates (unsubscribe anytime)
• ·Meet legal obligations

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share only with:

• ·Our email provider — to reply to you and send any update emails
• ·Stripe — our payment processor, if you buy a paid plan. They receive what a card payment requires; we receive only your email and that the payment happened
• ·Authorities — only when required by law

6. Security & Retention

We use reasonable measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, for the limited data we hold (the contact details you send us). No internet transmission is ever 100% secure. We keep contact data until you ask us to delete it. Email legal@caprock.dev and we'll handle it within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page.
