    Caprock pauses the sessions it started when the day's spend reaches your limit. Your own sessions are untouched.

    Near the end of Claude's 5-hour or weekly window, Caprock pauses its sessions and resumes them after the reset.

Before you choose.

Is Caprock free?+

Yes. The desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux is free, and 83 of its 91 features need nothing more. It is Apache-2.0, needs no account and has no trial that runs out.

What does Premium add?+

Auto-pause at a daily budget, Pause at the plan limit, Answer from Telegram, A weekly report, Ask about your usage, Where each tool failed, Custom agents, More than three sign-ins per agent. Everything else is free.

Can I pay once?+

Yes — $100 once, no renewal. Or $30 a year. Paying once also covers paid features added later; we do not commit to which ones or when.

What does the licence key unlock?+

The Premium features, on your machine. Paste it into Caprock's Settings: there is no account, and Caprock checks the key locally without contacting us.

What happens when a year ends?+

The yearly plan renews, and you can cancel any time before it does. If a key expires, Premium keeps working for seven days, then switches off. The free product and your data are untouched.

How many machines can I use one key on?+

The machines you work on. The key is personal to you: do not share, publish or resell it.

Can I get a refund?+

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops the next renewal and keeps your access to the end of the period paid. If a paid feature is materially unavailable and we cannot restore it, or we remove one you paid for, write to us and we refund the period affected.

How is the team version priced?+

One flat price for the team: $6,000 a year with setup included, or $1,000 a month plus $500 one-time setup. Never per person, never a share of your AI spend.

Where does the team version run?+

In your VPC or on a server you control. Laptops send usage figures to it; prompts, code and tool output never leave a laptop, and nothing reaches us. The team screen counts work units by default: repository, pull request, release.

Are the dollar figures a bill?+

Every dollar Caprock shows is an estimate at API list price, as Claude Code's own /usage is: not a bill, and on a flat plan not money saved.
